Yes, each Managed Server comes with a RAID 1 configured 1 TB hard drive pair. This allows you to mirror your data so that each drive has a copy of your data. If one of the drives shuts down, the other drive will still have a copy. Our hard drives are 7200 RPM SATA drives.
You can add an infinite amount of storage to your Managed Server with our custom in-house Shared Storage device. You can expand your local storage by instantly adding space to your server, which will already have 1 TB of local storage. You can format and mount it as soon as you instantly attach it to your server as a disk. You can also buy 50 GB to 500 GB of storage at any time.
You can access your server through any SSH client using credentials provided to you by us. If you have purchased the cPanel from us, you can manage your server through cPanel/WHM.You can also perform frequent actions such as restarting, stopping and starting your managed server, through our dedicated web-based panel.
Yes. You are offered WHMCS for your Managed Server hosting package. Additionally, you can purchase the license from us at a lower cost with us.
Two levels of support are provided for all Managed Server Hosting Plans: Core-managed and cPanel support. Every package comes with standard core-managed support. If you have chosen to purchase cPanel from us, we offer additional support options as well.
